| Q: Do you have a physical shop where I can
purchase over the counter or collect my order?
A: No. Yamseng Delights sells only
online and operates exclusively on the base of "made-to-order for delivery",
i.e. we only make the products after you have placed your order, so as to ensure the
freshness of the products, and we deliver the finished products to your door-step.
Q: What is your delivery charge?
A: We charge S$10 for delivery for
any one location of the non-outlying areas within Singapore. Additional CBD/ERP charges
apply depending on your location in Singapore and your requested delivery time. However,
delivery is free for a minimum order of S$100 (per one location).
Q: Can I make special requirements?
A: Sure. Since we bake to your
order we do our best to meet your special requirements, let it be special flavors,
ingredients, features, sizes, and so on. Just talk to us when you place your order.
Q: How much in advance that I should
place my order?
A: Please place your order at least
2-3 days in advance of your requested delivery date since we make our products exclusively
on "made-to-order" base and we need time to schedule and prepare your order.
Q: How do I make a payment?
A: You can make your payment via ATM or Internet
banking if your have a bank account with DBS or UOB. If you are making the payment from
overseas, you can either use Internet banking or make use of secure payment gateway PayPal to make the payment. Anyone with
an email account can apply for PayPal service.

Q: Do you delivery to overseas
locations?
A. No. We only deliver to locations
in Singapore.
